目的:建立多维元素类药物中10种元素的分析方法。方法:样品经微波消解,优选仪器测定条件,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定10种元素。结果:10种元素线性关系良好(r为0.9999~1.0000),相对标准偏差为2.0%~6.5%,加标回收率为95.0%~103.7%。与现行标准方法比较,结果一致。结论:该法简便快速、灵敏、可靠,可较好地应用于多维元素类药物的元素测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the analysis of 10 elements in multidimensional elemental medicines. Methods: The samples were determined by microwave digestion, preferably instrument conditions, and 10 elements were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Results: The linear relationships of the 10 elements were good (r = 0.9999 ~ 1.0000), the relative standard deviations were 2.0% ~ 6.5%, and the recoveries were 95.0% ~ 103.7%. Compared with the current standard methods, the results are consistent. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reliable and can be applied to the determination of elements in multidimensional elements.
