探讨纳米PbS对大鼠神经递质的影响。将清洁级SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组和纳米PbS高、低剂量组,每组10只,纳米PbS高、低剂量组分别气管注入剂量为30、15mg/kg粒径20 nm纳米PbS混悬液1 ml,对照组灌注等体积生理盐水,每周1次,连续3个月,测定其学习记忆能力、全血及海马组织中铅含量、血清及海马组织中神经递质含量。与对照组比较,染毒组大鼠错误反应次数较高,且潜伏期延长;全血及海马组织中铅含量增高;血清及海马组织中神经递质含量降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示纳米PbS经呼吸道染毒可能导致血清及海马组织中神经递质含量降低,进而损伤学习记忆能力。
To investigate the effect of nano PbS on neurotransmitter in rats. The male SD rats were randomly divided into control group and high and low-dose PbS groups, 10 rats in each group. The high-dose and low-dose PbS groups were injected with 30 and 15 mg / kg PbS nanoparticles The control group was perfused with equal volume of normal saline once a week for 3 months. The learning and memory ability, the content of lead in whole blood and hippocampus and the contents of neurotransmitter in serum and hippocampus were determined. Compared with the control group, the number of false reaction was higher and the incubation period was prolonged in the rats in the exposure group; the content of lead in whole blood and hippocampus was increased; the content of neurotransmitter in serum and hippocampus was decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). It is suggested that the exposure of nano-PbS to the respiratory tract may result in the decrease of neurotransmitters in serum and hippocampus, which may impair learning and memory ability.
