TCD是一种非创伤性检测颅内血管血流速度的方法。自1982年Aaslid报告了应用脉冲多普勒技术,采用低频信号,通过取样深度的调节进行颅内血管血流速度观测以来,迄今对颅内主要颅底动脉血流频谱形态,血流速度、血管状态的判定及临床价值都得、到了较深入的了解。目前TCD已广泛应用于:颈内动脉病变时颅内血流动力学变化,颅内血管的狭窄与阻塞,蛛网膜下腔出血及血管痉挛的判定,动静脉畸形,评价Willis环功能状态和脑血管的侧支循环等。做为发病率很高的大脑中动脉阻塞性疾病,国外曾有人采用TCD、CT、CAG进行对比研究,证明
