目的:探讨532nm激光联合Nd∶YAG激光对闭角型青光眼行虹膜周边切除术的临床疗效。方法:视力、眼压、裂隙灯、房角镜、眼底检查及UBM检查确诊为闭角型青光眼的患者80例145只眼,缩瞳和表面麻醉后,用532nm激光对颞下周边部虹膜表面质地疏松或有隐窝处作一圆形非穿透性光凝区,再用Nd∶YAG激光在光凝区中央作虹膜穿透切孔,术后常规行降眼压及抗炎治疗。术后
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of 532nm laser combined with Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma.
