马克思主义理论课教学质量的优劣、效果的好坏,首先取决于内容,同时和方法也有密切的关系.因此,许多从事这方面课程教学的同志.不仅依据社会经济、政治和科技文化发展容观要求,对它的体系内容进行优化改革而且对它的教学方法也进行了不懈的探讨和创新.笔者曾经抱着“喜新厌旧”的热情.认真地运用讲授法、谈话法、讨论法、比较法、发现法和研究法等组织过课堂教学活动,但几番尝试的结果都与期待值有一定的距离.为什么在他人是成功的经验总结.在我却是收效甚微呢?究其原因,主要在于包括教学主导(教师)、主体(学生)在内的教学条件和环境相同.由此我领悟到.在马克思主义理论课的教学中要根据当时教学所处内外条件和环境权宜应变,灵活运用。
