为弥补7050铝合金切削力预测模型的不足,通过切削参数正交实验,得出切削参数(铣削速度、切削深度和进给量)对切削力的影响规律;并利用Matlab7.0软件编写M文件及计算程序,得出切削力预测模型;最后,将切削参数代入预测模型进行验证。结果表明,所建模型能较好地应用于切削力预测。
In order to make up for the shortage of the prediction model of the cutting force of 7050 aluminum alloy, the influence of cutting parameters (milling speed, cutting depth and feed rate) on the cutting force was obtained through orthogonal experiment of cutting parameters.
