老师是园丁,要用心去培养花园里的花朵,让他们茁壮地成长。老师的赞美,爱心就是养分,是阳光,是水。回首这两年的班主任工作,的确感到当一名班主任的辛苦,这其中有苦也有甜,但是我也感受到了别样的收获。这几点感悟,和大家分享一下:用赞美去唤醒学生教师的赞美是一座桥,能沟通教师与学生的心灵之河;教师的赞美是一种无形的催化剂,能增强学生的自尊、自信、自强;教师的赞美也是实现以人为本的有效途径之一。

Looking back on the class teacher’s work in these two years, I really felt that when a class teacher was in pain, there was bitterness and sweetness in it, but I also felt a different kind of achievement. Comprehend these points, and share with you: Praise to arouse the praise of students is a bridge of teachers, students can communicate with the heart of the river; teacher’s praise is an invisible catalyst that can enhance students’ self-esteem, self-confidence, Self-reliance; teacher’s praise is also one of the effective ways to realize people-oriented.
