本文对旋流分离器涡室内带粒流进行了数值分析,用拉格朗日法模拟粒子的轨迹及其扩散运动,应用四阶龙科──库塔方法数值求解粒子的运动平衡方程,通过气体速度随机脉动谱把气相湍流运动对固体粒子运动的影响引入本文的数值模拟中。计算结果表明固体粒子的数值模拟可以较理想地预测分离器的某些性能。
In this paper, the particle flow in the vortex chamber of a cyclone separator is numerically analyzed. The Lagrange method is used to simulate the particle trajectory and its diffusion. The fourth-order Longke ── Kuta method is used to numerically solve the particle’s motion equilibrium equation. The effect of the turbulent motion of gas phase on the motion of solid particles is introduced into the numerical simulation of the gas velocity random pulse spectrum. The calculated results show that the numerical simulation of solid particles can predict some properties of the separator ideally.
