蚯蚓粪浸出液对小麦产量和品质的影响(英文)

以中筋小麦扬麦21为材料,研究小麦盛花期后喷施蚯蚓粪浸出液对穗粒结构、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,蚯蚓粪浸出液在穗粒数减少2.1%的情况下,千粒重显著增加15.2%,穗粒重和产量分别提高6.4%和4.3%;籽粒淀粉含量、蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量分别提升1.5%、1.4%和2.3%,水分含量降低12.3%。小麦盛花期使用蚯蚓粪浸出液对改善小麦种性,提高粒重和产量,提升品质非常有效。 The medium gluten wheat Yangmai 21 was used to study the effects of vermicomposting leachate spray on the grain structure, yield and quality of wheat after full bloom. The results showed that under the condition of 2.1% reduction of grain number, the 1000-grain weight increased by 15.2% and the grain weight and yield increased by 6.4% and 4.3% respectively. The starch content, protein content and wet gluten content increased by 1.5% , 1.4% and 2.3%, moisture content decreased by 12.3%. It is very effective to use vermicompost leachate to improve the wheat variety, increase the grain weight and yield, and improve the quality of wheat in the flowering stage.
