目的 :探讨前列回春对实验性大鼠前列腺组织显微结构和超微结构的影响。方法 :采用大鼠去势后注射丙酸睾酮引起前列腺增生法造模 ,灌胃给药 30d后 ,处死大鼠取前列腺组织用光镜和电镜观察 ,并在光镜下测量各实验组前列腺腺体管腔直径和上皮细胞高度。结果 :模型组腺上皮增生呈复层及假复层凸向管腔 ,使管腔缩小 ,管壁增厚 ,电镜下上皮细胞呈高柱状 ,粗面内织网高度扩张 ,其他各组增生不明显 ,各组前列腺腺体管腔直径和上皮细胞高度与模型组比较均有显著性差异或非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :前列回春可抑制实验性大鼠前列腺组织上皮细胞增生。
Objective : To investigate the effect of anterior rejuvenation on the microstructure and ultrastructure of prostate tissue in experimental rats. Methods: Prostate hyperplasia was induced by injection of testosterone propionate in rats after ovariectomized. After intragastric administration for 30 days, the prostate tissue was sacrificed and observed by light microscope and electron microscope. Prostate glands in each experimental group were measured under light microscope. Body lumen diameter and epithelial cell height. Results: In the model group, the hyperplasia of the glandular epithelium showed multiple layers and the pseudostratified layer protruded into the lumen. The lumen was reduced and the wall of the tube was thickened. The epithelial cells under the electron microscope showed a high columnar shape. The rough surface was highly expanded and the other groups did not hyperplasia. Obviously, the lumen diameter and epithelial cell height of the prostate gland in each group were significantly different from those in the model group (P < 0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Forefront rejuvenation can inhibit the proliferation of prostate epithelial cells in experimental rats.
