猪粮比价是判断生猪生产和市场情况的基本指标,也是国家对猪肉市场进行调控的主要预警指标,曾一度发挥过重要作用。但当前生猪生产成本构成更加多样化以及成本比重的变化,猪粮比价发挥作用的前提条件已不复存在,如果仍然以猪粮比价作为判断的标准,就会造成偏差和失误,因此,迫切需要对猪粮比价指标进行重构,建议将其修订为猪料(饲料)比价、猪本(成本)比价,使国家调控预案更具科学性和实效性。
