为研究人体运动中腿部肌肉间的运动协调关系,提出了一种基于多肌电模型的同步肌电研究方法。该文以滑冰运动为例,采集了5名速滑运动员滑冰过程中腿部9块表层肌肉的肌电信号,分别建立每位运动员直道和弯道滑跑多肌电模型,并进行了多路肌电的同步相关性分析。分析结果表明:同一运动员完成相同动作时肌肉协调关系一致性好;而完成不同动作时的肌肉协调关系差异明显;不同运动员完成同一动作时,肌肉协调关系有较大差别。实验结果显示了同步肌电分析方法可以作为一种有效的量化评估肌肉间协调性的方法。
In order to study the coordination of movement between the leg muscles in human body movement, a synchronous electromyography method based on multi-EMG model was proposed. Taking ice skating as an example, this paper collects the EMG signals of 9 superficial muscles of 5 skaters during skating, establishes multi-EMG models for each athlete’s straight and curved skids, and conducts multi-channel Simultaneous correlation analysis of myoelectricity. The results show that: the same athletes to achieve the same action muscular coordination relationship is good; and the completion of different actions of the muscular coordination relationship significantly different; different athletes to complete the same action, muscle coordination there is a big difference. The experimental results show that the synchronous EMG method can be used as an effective quantitative method to evaluate the inter-muscle coordination.
