本文以氯氨铂和提纯牛胶原直接向人浅表的转移性晚期恶性肿瘤内注射治疗进行可行性研究。作者对14个恶性黑色素瘤皮下转移、喉鳞癌胸壁转移和乳腺癌胸壁局部复发的浅表肿瘤,应用氯氨铂混合提纯牛胶原直接瘤内注射治疗。病例均为晚期癌症,系常规治疗、特别是静脉注射氯氨铂常规剂量无效者。肿瘤呈实性者,平均体积49.4cm~3,胸壁浅表溃烂肿瘤平均面积
In this paper, the feasibility study of chloroplatin and the purification of bovine collagen directly into the superficial metastatic advanced malignant tumors. The authors treated 14 malignant melanoma subcutaneous metastases, superficial metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma of the chest wall, and local recurrence of the chest wall of breast cancer. The patients were treated with direct intratumoral injection of chlorophyllin and bovine collagen. All the cases were advanced cancers, which were routinely treated, especially if the intravenous dose of cisplatin was not available.
