随着市场竞争的白热化,各行各业均采取全新服务、拓展市场策略,培育企业的新经济增长点。 一、中国嘉陵集团实行天天“3·15”,天天优质服务。 “中国嘉陵”实施以服务促销售的战略,结合中国消费者协会倡议的“讲诚信,反欺诈”活动,从今年4月份起,派出南北两支服务队,包括维修、销售、咨询人员,行程数万公里,足迹遍及全国大部分省份,宣传嘉陵形象,整顿和提高各地维修服务站的服务水准,取得了令人满意的效果。
