采用物理 -化学分析法和扫描电子显微镜研究了木素磺酸钙 (CL)和改性木素磺酸钙 (GCL1)的减水增强作用 ,发现GCL1在水泥颗粒表面的饱和吸附量比CL增加了 30 % ,分散性能较好同时 ,GCL1的表面活性好 ,湿润作用大 ;GCL1的起泡力下降 ,消泡时间缩短 ,固化水泥净浆中的有害孔隙大大减少 ,密实度增加 ,基本上消除了引气性。
The enhancement of water reducing effect on calcium lignosulphonate (CL) and modified calcium lignosulphonate (GCL1) was studied by physico-chemical analysis and scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the adsorption capacity of GCL1 on the surface of cement particles was higher than that of CL 30%, good dispersibility; meanwhile, the surface activity of GCL1 is good and the wetting effect is great; the foaming power of GCL1 is decreased and the defoaming time is shortened; the harmful pores in the cured cement paste are greatly reduced and the compactness is basically eliminated The air guide.
