新课程理念提倡合作,不仅是指学生的学习方式,还应是教师的教研方式。尤其对于我们四川的高中英语教学而言,正在使用新课改教程,对教材如何进行取舍和组合,找到重难点,更需要通过集体备课,发挥团队精神,发挥每个教师的特长,互相取长补短,群策群力,增强教师之间的合作关系,使原来势单力薄的教师个体走出封闭的圈子,每个教师的个人优势被整合为集体的智慧,激活教师资源,开掘文本资源,促进课程改革的深入发展,从而真正提高教育教学的质量。
