平顶山矿务局一矿于1984年进行二期扩建设计.为满足扩建后400万t/a的生产能力,需在山北开凿一直径为6.5m的进风立井,并兼提升,采用“三吨矿车单层单车多绳罐笼”.因煤矿专用设备图册中无此产品,将塔式提升机改为落地式以后,为满足绞车防滑条件的要求,罐笼的自重要求≥10t,必须额外增加配重(当无需配重要求时,将配重装置摘掉,尾绳装置向上串,连接本体结构即可).因此,本罐笼属新型产品.罐笼构造简单、坚固、尺寸紧凑,符合《煤矿安全规程》中的有关规定,并使井筒平面布置简化.罐笼的结构见图1、图2.
