目的探讨观察高频超声在早期类风湿关节炎手部小关节诊断中的应用效果,为临床诊断早期类风湿关节炎手部小关节病变提供参考。方法 60例类风湿关节炎手部小关节病变患者作为观察组,选择同期体检健康者60例作为对照组,用高频超声对两组人员近端指关节以及掌指关节进行扫描,观察比较两组人员关节软组织、关节腔及血流供应情况,并测量滑膜厚度。结果在滑膜厚度方面,观察组明显厚于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.365,P<0.05);在检测血管增生方面,能量多普勒检测率显著高于彩色多普勒检出率,两者差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.518,P<0.05)。结论高频超声在早期类风湿关节炎手部小关节病变诊断中具有显著效果,可以有效检出患者血管过度增生情况,具有极高的推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of small joints of rheumatoid arthritis in the early stage and provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis of small joints in rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Sixty patients with rheumatoid arthritis and hand-joint disease were selected as the observation group. Sixty healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The proximal knuckles and the metacarpophalangeal joints of the two groups were scanned by high-frequency ultrasound. Group joint soft tissue, joint cavity and blood supply, and measure synovial thickness. Results In the synovial thickness, the observation group was significantly thicker than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.365, P <0.05); in the detection of vascular proliferation, the detection rate of energy Doppler was significantly higher than the color Doppler Lever detection rate, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.518, P <0.05). Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound has a significant effect in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis hand joint disease, which can effectively detect vascular hyperplasia in patients with high popularization value.
