目的:通过对我国优秀男子单板滑雪平行回转运动员躯干、髋、膝关节进行等速肌力测试和分析,揭示不同训练水平男子平行回转运动员的力量特征、差距与不足,为今后男子平行回转运动员的专项力量训练和同类研究提供理论参考。方法:采用德国产ISOMED2000等速肌力测试系统测试4名我国高水平男子平行回转运动员躯干60°/s和180°/s、髋、膝关节60°/s和240°/s时向心等速运动屈、伸肌群峰力矩、相对峰力矩、屈伸肌峰力矩比等参数,并结合专项技术进行分析。结果:1)健将组运动员躯干在2种测试速度下屈伸肌群峰力矩、相对峰力矩和屈伸肌峰力矩比均大于一级运动员组(屈伸肌峰力矩见显著差异,P﹤0.05,相对峰力矩只有在60°/s时见显著差异),并均随测试速度的加快而有不同程度的下降;2)健将组运动员髋关节在2种速度下峰力矩和相对峰力矩均大于一级运动员组,并且均随测试速度的加快均变小;3)在2种测试速度下健将组膝关节峰力矩、相对峰力矩均大于一级运动员组,并随测试速度的加快而减小,屈伸肌峰力矩比则随测试速度的加快而程增加的趋势。结论:1)躯干、髋、膝关节肌肉力量特征,男子单板滑雪平行回转项目健将组运动员在峰力矩、相对峰力矩和屈伸肌峰力矩比上均大于一级运动员;男运动员躯干、髋、膝关节伸肌峰力矩、相对峰力矩和屈伸肌峰力矩比均大于屈肌;躯干、髋关节峰力矩、相对峰力矩和屈伸肌峰力矩比均随测试速度的加快而减小,膝关节屈伸肌峰力矩比随测试度的加快而增大;2)健将运动员在最大力量和快速力量上均优于一级运动员。

Conclusions: 1) The muscle strength of the torso, hip and knee joint is greater than that of the first-class athlete at the peak torque, relative peak torque and flexor-flexor peak torque of the male skier in Jianban group. The peak torque, relative peak torque and peak flexion and flexion torque of torso and hip decreased with the increase of test speed.
