目的用VB编程实现抗生素微生物检定管碟法不确定度的计算。方法通过对阿奇霉素含量测定过程中不确定度的计算,建立对抗生素微生物检定管碟法不确定度计算的数学模型并推导出不确定度的计算公式,为VB编程奠定基础。结果建立对各变量的分析,用VB编程计算各变量的不确定度,最后得出扩展不确定度。结论采用本方法建立的编程软件可用于抗生素微生物检定管碟法不确定度的计算。
OBJECTIVE To calculate the uncertainty of tube plate method for the determination of antibiotics by VB programming. Methods Based on the calculation of the uncertainty in the determination of azithromycin, a mathematical model for the determination of the uncertainty of tube plate method of antibiotics was established and the calculation formula of uncertainty was derived, which laid the foundation for VB programming. Results The analysis of each variable was established. The uncertainty of each variable was calculated by VB programming. Finally, the extended uncertainty was obtained. Conclusion The programming software established by this method can be used to calculate the uncertainty of test tube method of antibiotics.
