目的为了解大庆某化工有限公司2万吨重烷基苯磺酸盐装置的职业病危害现状,并对其职业病危害控制效果进行评价,预防、控制和消除作业场所职业病危害。方法对重烷基苯磺酸盐装置进行卫生学调查,对其产生的职业病危害因素进行检测,对调查和检测结果按国家相关职业卫生标准进行评价。结果该项目产生的职业病危害因素二氧化硫、三氧化硫、硫酸、氢氧化钠、丁醇、硫磺粉尘、噪声、高温检测结果基本符合国家卫生标准。结论该项目职业病危害防护设施与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投入生产和使用,总平面布置、工艺和生产布局功能分区明确,职业病防护设施设置合理,试生产期间运行状况良好,符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》的要求。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational disease hazards of 20,000 tons of heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate units in Daqing Chemical Co., Ltd., and to evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards to prevent, control and eliminate occupational hazards in workplaces. Methods Hygienic investigation of heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate plant was carried out to detect the occupational hazards and the results of investigation and test were evaluated according to the national occupational health standards. Results The risk factors of occupational diseases produced by this project were sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, butanol, sulfur dust, noise and high temperature. The results basically met the national health standards. Conclusion The occupational hazard protection facilities of the project are designed, constructed, put into production and used at the same time, the layout of the general layout, the process and production layout function are clearly defined, the occupational disease protection facilities are set up reasonably well, the operation conditions are good during the trial production, Enterprise Design Health Standards "requirements.
