三术减肥汤对实验性肥胖大鼠血脂、瘦素及胰脂肪酶的影响

目的 :探讨三术减肥汤对营养性肥胖大鼠血清总胆固醇 (TC)、三酰甘油 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL)、胰脂肪酶 (L PS)及瘦素 (L ep)的影响 ,以阐明运脾消积、祛痰化瘀法治疗肥胖病的机制。方法 :选取普通 SD大鼠 6 0只 ,随机分为 5组 ,每组 12只。采用营养肥胖大鼠模型 ,造模成功后 ,分别给实验动物灌服三术减肥汤浸膏及月见草油胶丸。 4周后各组均保留 8只大鼠 ,比较各组大鼠体重、身长、L ee’s指数及脂肪细胞大小并检测各组大鼠血清 TC、TG、HDL、L DL、L PS及 L ep水平。结果 :三术减肥汤能减轻营养性肥胖大鼠体重、降低L ee’s指数 ,减小脂肪细胞体积。模高组、模低组和模对组治疗后 TC、TG、L DL 降低 ,其中模高组疗效明显 (P<0 .0 1) ,模低组和模对组次之 (P<0 .0 5 )。三组治疗后 HDL 有一定升高 ,但统计学处理无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。模高组、模低组和模对组治疗后胰脂肪酶均有明显降低 (P<0 .0 1)。其中模高组疗效优于模低组和模对组。模高组治疗后降低瘦素水平疗效明显 (P<0 .0 1) ,后两组治疗后瘦素水平亦有一定降低 ,但统计学处理无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :三术减肥汤能促进脂肪细胞分解 ,减少脂肪合成 ,阻碍脂肪细胞增大 ,减轻体重 ,明显降低血清 TC、TG、L DL、L Objective: To investigate the effects of Sanshu diet soup on serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (L DL), pancreatic lipase (L PS) in nutritional obese rats. Effects of leptin (L ep) on elucidation of the mechanism of treating obesity by removing spleen, accumulating stasis and eliminating stasis. Methods: Sixty SD rats were randomly selected and divided into 5 groups with 12 in each group. After the model was successfully established, the experimental animals were fed with Sanhua slimming soup extract and evening primrose oil capsules, respectively. After 4 weeks, 8 rats were kept in each group. Body weight, body length, L ee’s index, and adipocyte size were compared among rats in each group. Serum TC, TG, HDL, L DL, L PS, and Lep levels were measured in each group. . Results: Three-slim diet soup could reduce body weight, decrease L ee’s index, and reduce fat cell volume in nutritional obese rats. The TC, TG, and L DL decreased after the treatment of the high-dose group, the low-dose group, and the molded-pair group. The effect of the high-dose group was significant (P<0.01), followed by the low-dose group and the molded-pair group (P<0. 0 5 ). After the three groups of treatment, HDL had a certain increase, but there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the pancreatic lipase was significantly reduced (P 0.01). Among them, the effects of the high modulus group were superior to those of the low modulus group and the modular pair group. The effect of reducing the leptin level after treatment in the high-grade group was significant (P<0.01), and the level of leptin was also decreased after the treatment in the latter two groups, but there was no significant difference in statistical treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion : Three surgery slimming soup can promote the decomposition of fat cells, reduce fat synthesis, impede the increase of fat cells, reduce weight, and significantly reduce serum TC, TG, L DL, L
