以电控旋翼综合试验台为研究对象,基于LabVIEW设计开发了一套电控旋翼测控系统。采用自顶向下的设计方法,将各个需要实现的功能模块化,供顶层统一调用。该测控系统整合了测控系统中各个硬件功能,有效实现了系统运行状态反馈、设备控制、控制参数在线发送、数据实时采集与储存、以及旋翼状态监视系统自动保护等功能。试验实测表明:所开发的电控旋翼测控系统能够实现所需的各项功能并满足性能要求。
Based on LabVIEW, a set of electronically controlled rotor measurement and control system was designed and researched. Using a top-down design method, each need to achieve the function of modular, for the top uniform call. The measurement and control system integrates various hardware functions in the measurement and control system and effectively realizes the functions of system operation status feedback, device control, online transmission of control parameters, real-time data acquisition and storage, and automatic protection of the rotor status monitoring system. Test results show that: the development of electronic control system to detect and control the rotor to achieve the required functions and meet the performance requirements.
