遵义市余庆县龙家小学,是一所乡村百年名校。党的十一届三中全会以来,通过走教师校本教育特色之路,取得丰硕的办学成果。——教育部表彰的“全国中小学德育工作先进集体”;——连续25年承担教育部重点课题研究任务,在全国建立子课题实验友好校72所;——学校是贵州省绿色学校,国际生态绿色学校,5次荣获国家部级以上表彰奖励;——建立“读者与作者往来”学习模式,这种模式于2015在《中国教育报》、求实网、人民网等全国40多家媒体宣传;——创造了“保存师生书信最多”和“毛笔手抄百年校史字数最多”两项世界纪录;
