《数学课程标准(实验稿)》明确提出每一个学生都是数学学习的主导者,教师是学生学习的组织者、引领者与合作者。每一个老师都希望自己的学生在课堂上配合自己,积极回答问题。但事实上,并不是每一个数学老师这样的初衷都能实现。如果一定要想学生能参与整个教学活动中来,就必须促使他们积极主动举手发言,成为数学课堂的主人,从而使课堂氛围活跃起来,达到学生乐于学习,提高自己的学习能力。
“Mathematics curriculum standard (experimental draft)” clearly put forward that every student is the leader of maths learning, and the teacher is the organizer, leader and collaborator of student learning. Every teacher wants their students to work with themselves in the classroom and answer questions actively. But in fact, not every math teacher can do so. If you want to be able to participate in the entire teaching activities, students must motivate them to take the initiative to raise their hands to speak and become the masters of the mathematics classroom so that the atmosphere of the classroom can be energized and the students are willing to learn and improve their learning abilities.
