目的分析天津市心理援助热线来电者主要咨询问题在不同人群中的分布特征。方法对2013~2014年天津市心理援助热线3612例次心理热线的资料进行分析。采用字2检验分析不同求询问题在不同性别、年龄、受教育程度、职业人群中的分布特点。结果不同性别、职业、年龄、受教育程度和婚姻状况的咨询问题分布差异均有统计学意义。各类人群咨询问题中均以情绪问题为主,除情绪问题外,性问题在男性、未婚、年轻人、学生群体中突出。恋爱问题及精神疾病问题也较多。结论咨询问题广泛,敏感问题突出,咨询者趋向高文化层次和年轻化,电话心理咨询是一种简便、实用、迅速和有效的心理社会干预措施。“,”Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics in dif erent populations of the consulting issues in Tianjin psychological assistance hotline. Methods The data is from the 3612 incoming cal s from 2013-2014 Tianjin psychological assistance hotline. By using Chi-square test, to analyze the distribution characteristics of the consulting issues in dif erent gender, age, education level and occupation populations. Results There are significant dif erences in the distribution of consulting problems among dif erent gender, occupation, age, education level and marital status populations. The main consulting issues were mood disorders, and the issues on sex were mainly consulted by males, unmar ied people, young people and students. The issues on amativeness and mental disorders were also mainly consulted. Conclusion The issues covered many areas and the sensitive issues are prominent. The mainly consultants were young and highly educated people. Telephone psychological consultation is a simple, applicable, quick and ef ective psychosocial intervention.
