工程概况 河北省保津高速公路3期工程,位于霸州市境内,此路段路线穿越地区为第四纪地层。土质可分为粘性土、砂性土和特殊土3大类。粘性土主要有亚粘土、亚砂性土及粘土,具有中等压缩性。砂性土集中分布在河床及古河道地带中(包括粗、中、细砂),具有中等压缩性。特殊土主要是古沼泽土壤淤泥质土和次生盐渍化土,此种土质塑性指数较大,失水坚硬收缩,对路基及桥涵基础稳定有一定影响。 为保证施工质量,对此路段路面底基层采用水泥稳定土,厦度为20cm。水泥稳定土是在粉碎的或原来松散的土中,掺入适当水泥和水,按照技术要求,经拌和摊铺,在最佳含水量时压实及养护成型。因此,具有足够的力学强度、良好的整体性,抗水性和耐冻性。它的初期强度较高,且随龄期增长,所以应用范围很大。现就结合本路段底基层的情况对机械化施工谈一点体会。
