最近,建设部审查、批准了94家企业为工程总承包企业,这其中34家施工管理体制综合改革试点企业榜上有名。至此,六年的改革试点工作终以部分企业具有了工程总承包资质而可告一段落。然而,从形势对企业的要求来看,试点企业的改茑还远没有结束,还有很长的路要走。所以,分析前一段改革成果,预测改革趋势,将有益于这些企业的进一步发展。 Recently, the Ministry of Construction reviewed and approved 94 companies as general contracting companies, of which 34 were comprehensive pilot reforms of the construction management system. At this point, the six-year reform pilot project has finally come to an end because some companies have qualified for general contracting. However, judging from the requirements of the situation for companies, the reform of pilot companies is far from over and there is still a long way to go. Therefore, analysing the results of the previous reform and predicting the reform trend will benefit the further development of these enterprises.
