目的探讨中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法将我院2006年8月～2009年2月期间收治的98例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各49例,观察其疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.88%,对照组总有效率为79.59%,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。实验室检查ESE、CRP、RF均有不同程度的下降。结论中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎临床效果更佳,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods A total of 98 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in our hospital from August 2006 to February 2009 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 49 cases each. The curative effect was observed. Results The total effective rate was 93.88% in the treatment group and 79.59% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p <0.05). Laboratory tests ESE, CRP, RF have varying degrees of decline. Conclusion Integrative treatment of rheumatoid arthritis clinical effect is better, it is worth promoting.
