用粉末冶金法成功地制造成短碳纤维-铅青铜和钢背的双金属带,然后加工成轴瓦,在高速柴油机上进行了1000h的台架性能试验,并与20高锡轴瓦进行对比。结果丧明复合材料轴瓦具有良好的使用性能,达到了同类产品的使用要求。另用扫描电镜对试验后的轴瓦磨而进行了观察和初步分析。
Successfully made by powder metallurgy into short carbon fiber - lead bronze and steel back bimetallic strip, and then processed into bearing, high-speed diesel engine 1000h bench performance test and compared with 20 high tin bearing. The result shows that the composite bearing material has good performance, reaching the requirements for the use of similar products. Another scanning electron microscope on the bearing after grinding and observation and preliminary analysis.
