研究癌基因及抗癌基因在喉癌及癌旁不同距离处的表达特点及意义。方法:应用LSAB微波 免疫组化法,检测了ras,c- myc及 p53在 30例喉癌、边缘区、癌旁 0.5cm、1.0cm、1.5cm、2.0cm处粘膜和4例正 常喉粘膜中的表达。结果;①ras、c-myc、p53在喉癌组织中有较高的阳性表达率,分别为86.7%(26/30)、96.7% (29/30)、63.3%(19/30),与癌旁及正常组织相比,差异显著(P<0.01),ras、c-myc在正常组织中有低量表达,p53 从癌旁1.0cm处开始出现表达。②两种以上癌基因蛋白产物同时表达阳性者在喉癌组织为28例(93.3%),其中 ras+c-myc+p53者为17例(56.7%)。癌旁组织中也存在着复合表达,在正常组织中无一例联合表达。③ras、c -myc、p53的单独及联合表达依正常粘膜→癌旁2.0cm→1.5cm→1.0cm→0.5cm→边缘区→癌依次增高,多 数在癌旁1.0cm处与0.5cm以内处的表达存在有显著差异(P<0.05)。④三种癌基因产物的表达与喉癌的分化 程度无关(P>0.05)。结论:ras、c-myc、p53基因改变均参与了喉癌?
To study the expression characteristics and significance of oncogenes and anticancer genes at different distances from laryngeal cancer and adjacent tissues. METHODS: LSAB microwave immunohistochemistry was used to detect ras, c-myc and p53 in 30 cases of laryngeal carcinoma, marginal zone, 0.5 cm, 1.0 cm, 1.5 cm, 2.0 cm mucosa and 4 cases. Expression in normal laryngeal mucosa. Results: 1 ras, c-myc, and p53 were highly positive in laryngeal cancer tissues, with 86.7% (26/30), 96.7% (29/30), and 63.3% (19, respectively). (30/30), compared with paracancerous and normal tissues, the difference was significant (P<0.01). ras and c-myc were expressed in normal tissues at low levels, and p53 was expressed from 1.0 cm adjacent to the cancer. 2 The positive expression of two or more oncogene protein products was 28 cases (93.3%) in laryngeal cancer tissues, of which 17 cases (56.7%) were ras+c-myc+p53. There is also complex expression in adjacent tissues, and there is no case of joint expression in normal tissues. The expression of 3ras, c-myc and p53 alone and in combination increased from normal mucosa to adjacent tumor 2.0 cm → 1.5 cm → 1.0 cm → 0.5 cm → marginal region → cancer, most of them were located at 1.0 cm adjacent to the tumor. There was a significant difference in expression within 0.5cm (P<0.05). 4 The expression of three oncogene products was not related to the degree of differentiation of laryngeal cancer (P>0.05). Conclusion: Changes in ras, c-myc, and p53 genes are involved in laryngeal cancer.
