根据车辆故障诊断的特点,以全新的角度提出融合实例与规则的混合推理方法,建立了专家系统的整体实现框架、解决了不同诊断单元在工作时难以互通诊断信息等问题,对专家系统的设计策略、实施步骤和组织结构做了详述。最后给出以车辆音响故障为研究对象的多层、分布式诊断专家系统实例,验证了以上方法的正确性和整体实现框架的有效性。
According to the characteristics of vehicle fault diagnosis, this paper puts forward a hybrid inference method that combines instances and rules from a new perspective, establishes the overall implementation framework of the expert system, solves the problems of different diagnosis units being difficult to communicate with each other and diagnoses information, and designs the expert system Strategy, implementation steps and organizational structure are described in detail. Finally, an example of multi-layer and distributed diagnosis expert system based on vehicle audio fault is given, which verifies the correctness of the above method and the effectiveness of the overall implementation framework.
