Case Replay: Two Vehicles Collide to Cause One Death and One Injury The plaintiff, Hu Guijin and the victim, Lu Changsheng, are friends. The defendants Lu Changjin and Lv Qiaosheng are Lu Changsheng’s sister and brother, and Lu Changsheng has no other heir.
