西安市从2007年12月1日起,实行商品房销售价格“一价清”规定。即将商品房开发建设过程中各项基础配套工程设施建设费用、代收代缴费用等,一次性核入商品房销售价格;房地产开发经营企业不得在销售价格之外,收取或委托物业企业在交房时收取与工程建设相关的任何价外费用。
