目的研究高频心电图(HF-ECG)对冠心病的诊断价值及与血清缺血修饰蛋白的相关性研究。方法 100例冠心病患者均采用普通心电图(ECG)和HF-ECG检测,并且抽血测血清缺血修饰蛋白的表达。结果经比较ECG诊断阳性率61%,HF-ECG阳性率为89%,两组之间有明显差异(P<0.05)。HF-ECG切迹数为(16.3±3.7)个,IMA为(96.7±11.5)U/ml,两组之间有明显直线相关关系(r=0.7182,P<0.05)。结论高频心电图对冠心病具有很高的检测价值,并且和缺血修饰蛋白有很高的相关性。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency electrocardiogram (HF-ECG) in coronary heart disease and its correlation with serum ischemia modified protein. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease were detected by ordinary electrocardiogram (ECG) and HF-ECG, and blood was collected to measure the expression of serum ischemia-modifying protein. Results The positive rate of ECG was 61% and the positive rate of HF-ECG was 89%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The number of cut-offs in HF-ECG was (16.3 ± 3.7) and IMA was (96.7 ± 11.5) U / ml respectively. There was a significant linear correlation between the two groups (r = 0.7182, P <0.05). Conclusion High-frequency electrocardiogram has a high detection value for coronary heart disease and has a high correlation with ischemia-modified protein.
