目前,高职经管类专业学生的校内实训大多是围绕各专业岗位来开设的,且实训内容比较程序化和固定化,缺乏灵活性和互动性,因此,很难真正提高学生综合运用知识的能力,也与企业的实际用人需求存在一定差距。VBSE跨专业综合实训平台很好地解决了这个问题。它将虚拟企业搬进校园,让学生在具体工作岗位上操练,真实感、趣味性和竞争性更强。以苏州农业职业技术学院VBSE课程为例,探讨了高职经管类专业VBSE跨专业综合实训课程安排及遇到的主要问题,并提出相应授课建议。 At present, the vocational training of higher vocational students majoring in management is mostly based on the professional positions to open, and the training content is more procedural and fixed, the lack of flexibility and interactivity, it is difficult to really improve students’ comprehensive utilization of knowledge The ability, but also with the actual employment needs of enterprises there is a certain gap.
