针对不同编织工艺参数的三维四向编织复合材料,进行了热环境下的热物理性能实验研究,获得了热环境下三维四向编织复合材料的热物理性能变化规律及其分布特征,分析了环境温度和编织角对材料的热膨胀系数、热传导系数、比热以及热扩散率的影响,得到了一些重要结论。这些结果为三维编织复合材料的热物理性能数值分析以及进一步研究材料的热力耦合行为奠定了实验基础。
According to the three-dimensional braided composites with different braiding parameters, the thermophysical properties of the three-dimensional braided composites under thermal environment were experimentally studied. The thermophysical properties of the three-dimensional braided composites under hot environment were obtained and their distribution characteristics were analyzed. The influence of temperature and braid angle on the coefficient of thermal expansion, heat transfer coefficient, specific heat and thermal diffusivity of the material has got some important conclusions. These results lay the foundation for the numerical analysis of thermophysical properties of three-dimensional braided composites and further study on the thermal coupling behavior of the materials.
