常用的DM型读数显微镜的底座内径为φ32mm,对直径小于该尺寸的试件需进行硬度压痕测量很困难。试件越小,测量时往往感到难以掌握平稳,影响了硬度值的准确度。为此,特设计试件夹具,见图。工作时先拧出两螺钉至一定位置,然后将被测试件放入套孔内,有压痕的一面朝上。试件部分长度便凸出于套平面以上。为使被测压痕试件平面与套的上端面平齐,可用一直径大于套孔的平片轻压于试件上,弹簧即被压缩,试件平面与套的上端便达到平齐。然后拧紧两螺钉,顶住试件使其固定。此时,读数显微镜便能顺利地进行直径为10~32mm各种小试件的测量。
Commonly used DM reading microscope base diameter φ32mm, diameter less than the size of the specimen hardness indentation measurement is difficult. The smaller the specimen, the measurement is often difficult to grasp the smooth, affecting the accuracy of the hardness value. To this end, special design fixture fixture, see figure. Work out the two screws to a certain position, and then the test piece into the sleeve hole, the indentation side up. The length of the test piece protrudes over the plane of the sleeve. In order to make the plane of the sample to be measured flush with the upper end surface of the sleeve, a flat plate with a diameter greater than the sleeve hole can be gently pressed against the test piece, the spring is compressed, and the upper end of the test piece plane and the sleeve are flush. Then tighten the two screws against the specimen to secure it. At this point, the reading microscope will be able to successfully carry out a variety of small diameter of 10 ~ 32mm measurements.
