心脑双梗塞是指心肌梗塞和脑梗塞在短时间内相继发生。据临床观察,大多数情况下是先发生心肌梗塞,而后合并脑梗塞;也有少数情况下,两者几乎同时发生。近年来统计表明,心脑双梗塞的病例并不少见,约占心肌梗塞病人的1.0％～8.6％。所谓梗塞,就是动脉血管完全堵塞闭缩,病变部位的心肌或脑组织发生了坏死。心脏和大脑同时发生了梗塞,危险自然备增,死亡率高达23.1％～27.3％。 现代医学研究表明,双梗塞的促发因素主要有以下几点。
