泡塑富集分离技术已逐步推广,应用逐渐增多。在地质物料中金、钽、稀土元素的化学光谱分析中,灼烧法解脱泡塑的灰分量大小对分析检出限具有决定性的意义。因此,洗涤泡塑以降低其灰分成为非常重要的步骤。但人工洗涤泡塑相当繁重。为此我们试制了一种泡塑洗涤器,以减轻劳动强度。泡塑洗涤器系利用自来水的冲击力,推动洗涤器底部叶轮,以带动槽内搅拌器旋转,流出的水由胶管导入上部洗涤槽,使旋流翻动泡塑而达洗涤效果,洗涤废液由多孔槽壁溢出(见图1)。全部装置除导管外,均用有机玻璃制作,不宜使用金属材料。
Foam enrichment separation technology has been gradually extended, the application gradually increased. In the chemical material analysis of gold, tantalum and rare earth elements in geological materials, the ash content of the foam method by burning method is of decisive significance for the detection of the detection limit. Therefore, washing foam to reduce its ash becomes a very important step. However, artificial washing foam quite heavy. To this end, we trialled a foam scrubber to reduce labor intensity. Bubble scrubber utilizes the impact of tap water to push the bottom impeller of the scrubber to drive the stirrer in the trough to rotate. The water flowing out is introduced into the upper washing tub by the rubber hose so that the swirling flutter foams up to the washing effect. Porous tank wall overflow (see Figure 1). All devices except catheters, are made of plexiglass, should not use metal materials.
