制造弹簧主要使用60Si2MnA和50CrV弹簧钢,而我国大部采用60Si2MnA钢,碟簧热处理一直采用传统的淬火工艺,氧化脱碳严重,韧性和寿命都较差。扬州弹簧总厂是机械委的弹簧定点厂,在“七五”期间是我国弹簧行业的重点技术改造企业,85年从西德引进一条碟簧保护气氛等温热处理生产线和碟簧生产软件,使我国碟簧热处理工艺上升到无氧化等温淬火的新阶段。
Manufacture of springs mainly use 60Si2MnA and 50CrV spring steel, while most of China use 60Si2MnA steel, disc spring heat treatment has been using the traditional quenching process, a serious oxidative decarbonization, toughness and life expectancy are poor. During the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period, Yangzhou Spring General Factory is a key technical innovation enterprise of the spring industry in China during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period. In 1985, it introduced a production line of isothermal heat treatment such as a disc spring protection atmosphere and a disc spring production software from West Germany, China’s disc spring heat treatment process rose to a new phase of non-oxidizing isothermal quenching.
