血液透析血管通路是终末期肾衰竭患者血透治疗的生命线。血透通路并发狭窄、血栓形成等会造成血液透析流量下降,无法完成有效血透。血透通路狭窄的腔内介入治疗存在一系列技术难点。随着彩色多普勒超声器械和技术的发展,超声介入的概念被提出并迅速在临床开展。相比于传统的数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA),彩色多普勒超声引导下血透通路狭窄的腔内治疗具有诸多优势,可完成经皮球囊扩张、局部溶栓等一系列治疗,显示出良好的临床效果和应用前景。本文将对彩色多普勒超声引导下血透通路狭窄的腔内治疗的最新进展作一综述。
Hemodialysis vascular access is the lifeline of hemodialysis for patients with end-stage renal failure. With the development of color Doppler ultrasound instruments and techniques, the concept of ultrasound intervention has been proposed and rapidly developed in clinical practice. Compared with traditional digital subtraction angiography (DSA), endovascular treatment of hemodialysis pathway guided by color Doppler ultrasound has many advantages, such as percutaneous balloon dilation and local thrombolysis Series of treatment, showing good clinical results and application prospects. This review summarizes the latest advances in endovascular therapy of hemodialysis access guided by color Doppler ultrasound.
