随着安徽省医疗卫生体制改革的推行和实施,医疗卫生市场“保需方、促供方”的主导思想已经确立,医疗服务的供给侧改革,加剧医疗行业日益激烈的竞争。作为三级针灸专科医院,要在保持公益性不变的前提下,实现医院健康、可持续发展,面临着前所未有的压力和挑战。因此,必须认真研究医改政策,做好调研分析,转变思想理念,只有从彰显中医特色、着力人才培养、创新服务模式、弘扬中医文化等方面入手,才能深入推进医院的发展。
