本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在215nm波长下对试样中的莎稗磷、乙氧氟草醚和噁草酮进行分离和定量分析。结果表明莎稗磷、乙氧氟草醚和噁草酮的线性相关系数分别为0.999 5、0.992 9、0.999 1;标准偏差为0.03、0.02、0.03;变异系数为0.19%、0.17%、0.33%;平均回收率99.89%、99.90%、99.70.
In this paper, high performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrile + 0.1% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase, C18 column and diode array detector at 215nm wavelength of the sample of anilofop, oxyfluorfen and evil grass Ketone separation and quantitative analysis.
