以6个微型月季品种带叶枝条为实验材料,置于-10、0、5、20℃温度条件下处理24h,测定不同品种叶片相对电导率、含水量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和可溶性糖含量等不同生理指标,并结合露地生长形态观察综合判断植物耐寒性的强弱。综合比较结果表明,‘白珂斯特’抗性较强,‘紫微星’、‘金太阳’、‘冬梅’次之,‘小女孩’和‘矮仙女’较差,可为上海乃至长三角地区筛选耐寒性强、观赏性高的优质微型月季品种和合理栽培提供参考。
Six micro-rose varieties with leaf branches were used as experimental materials and treated at -10, 0, 5 and 20 ℃ for 24 h.
