以某齿轮箱GB2612圆柱滚子轴承为例,使用ANSYS/LS-DYNA的APDL语言建立圆柱滚子轴承的参数化有限元模型,有效处理了包含摩擦因素的各种边界条件,进行轴承正常工作状态与外圈剥落情况下的显示动力学的运动仿真。并将轴承正常工作状态与外圈剥落时的仿真信号进行时域对比、循环自相关函数分析对比,再通过与实验测得数据进行对比验证,可以证明仿真方法的可行性。
Taking a gearbox GB2612 cylindrical roller bearing as an example, a parametric finite element model of cylindrical roller bearing is established by using the APDL language of ANSYS / LS-DYNA, which effectively deals with various boundary conditions including friction factors and carries out the normal working state of the bearing Motion simulation with display dynamics in the case of peeling with outer ring.
