对焦炉作业环境中多环芳烃(PAHs)浓度、作业工人接触PAHs的量、尿1-羟基芘(1-OH芘)排出水平的调查结果表明,焦炉工人尿1-OH芘排出水平与接触PAHs量呈正相关,吸烟对尿1-OH芘测定影响不明显。因此,尿1-OH芘可望作为评价焦炉工人接触PAHs的生物监测指标.
The PAHs concentration, the amount of PAHs exposed to workers and the level of 1-OHP in the coke oven were investigated. The results showed that the levels of urinary 1-OHP in coke oven workers PAHs exposure was positively correlated, smoking on urine 1-OH-pyrene determination was not obvious. Therefore, urinary 1-OH-pyrene is expected to be used as a bio-monitoring indicator to evaluate the exposure of coke oven workers to PAHs.
