TLX-z车轮铣床是由安康车辆段与汉江机械厂联合研制开发的,它是一种加工铁道滚动轴承车轮型面的专用机床,经在洛阳客车技术整备所的安装、调试现已通过验收。在此,对其提出自己的几点看法。它的研制成功为现场提供了一套非常实用的设备,这套设备具有构思新颖,加工速度快,型线标准,加工质量高,使用方便等优点,更重要的是该设备的投入使用可以大大降低维修成本,经济效益非常显著。但该设备在设计中,由于对现场恶劣的使用环境考虑不足,导致该设备在安装、调试中发现了一些问题,主要有以下几点: 一、移动轨固定性不好,易造成因轮对挤轨引起的脱轨。如图1(附后)所示,原线路切开后,移动轨一端利用定位销及油缸和导轨
