本文提出和研究了锌(Ⅱ)—组氨酸体系的络合吸附波。在0.05mol/L NH_3—0.05mol/L NH_4Cl底液中,加入组氨酸后,使锌(Ⅱ)的单扫示波极谱导数峰电流增大,峰电位从-1.24V(vs.SCE)负移至-1.36V。该导数峰电流与锌(Ⅱ)的浓度在1.0×10~(-7)-7.0×10~(-6)mol/L范围内成正比,检测限达5.0×10~(-8)mol/L,用于镀锌车间排放废水中锌的测定,得到满意的结果。研究了该极谱波的性质及反应机理,证明为反应物弱吸附的络合吸附波,吸附反应物为锌(Ⅱ)与组氨酸形成的1∶2络合物。
This paper presents and studies the complexation adsorption wave of zinc (II) -histidine system. In 0.05mol / L NH_3-0.05mol / L NH_4Cl bottom solution, the addition of histidine increased the single sweep peak current of zinc (Ⅱ) peak current from -1.24V (vs.SCE ) Negative shift to -1.36V. The peak current was proportional to the concentration of zinc (Ⅱ) in the range of 1.0 × 10 -7 -7.0 × 10 -6 mol / L with the detection limit of 5.0 × 10 -8 mol / L, for the determination of zinc in the galvanized zinc plant wastewater discharge, get satisfactory results. The properties and reaction mechanism of the polarographic wave were investigated. It was proved that the adsorption complex was weakly adsorbed by the reactant, and the adsorptive reactant was a 1: 2 complex formed by zinc (Ⅱ) and histidine.
