现代经济的高速发展促使了体育产业的繁荣,我国的竞技水平得到了长足发展。与此同时越来越多的运动员在训练和比赛中身体健康受到极大的损伤,当自己的运动生涯达到末期时运动员会选择退役。但是退役后没有固定收入,没有健全的保障机制。生活非常窘迫。因此建立和健全退役运动员的社会保障法律制度值直接关系到我国体育事业的长足发展。
The rapid development of modern economy has stimulated the prosperity of the sports industry, and our competitive level has made great strides. At the same time, more and more athletes are greatly injured in their training and competition, and athletes will choose to retire when their sports career reaches the end of their period. However, there is no fixed income after retirement and there is no sound guarantee mechanism. Life is very distressing. Therefore, the establishment and improvement of social security legal system for retired athletes is directly related to the rapid development of sports in China.
